"I purchased my 2023 Pathfinder 2600 TRS new at Marine Connection Vero Beach. I had a warantee issue and took it to their Miami location for a minor issue, given that the boat was in Key Largo.
Service Advisor Roxanna Plascencia took care of my issue immediately. Her and her team promised and delivered. Their level of professionalism and attention to customer service is a loss trade.
Again, most recent, I had to take my boat again for a minor warantee issue, this time through Yamaha (trim/tilt motor gone bad). Again, Roxanna serviced my boat in 1 day. Her team and her leadership is what makes some of these inconveniences easier to deal with.
Keep up the good work guys...
