For Florida residents we also collect sales tax plus a $199.00 registration fee for boats up to 26 feet in length and $299.00 for boats over 26 feet in length, along with a trailer registration fee of $50.00. Where applicable, we are required to collect a discretionary sales surtax on the first $5,000 of a purchase.
