THE COMPARTMENT HAS VENTILATION BUT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF A NATURAL VENTILATION SYSTEM IN 183.630. THE BOAT IS BUILT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FUEL SYSTEM REGULATIONS. THIS IS NOT REQUIRED UNDER THE CFR BUT PROVIDES AND ADDUIIONAL LEVEL OF SAFETY NOT NORMALLY FOUND ON OUTBOARD POOWERED BOATS.
