Marine Connection Heads South (to Fort Lauderdale, Florida!)

Increased new boat sales in 2012 facilitated Marine Connection to open a new (second) location in Fort Lauderdale. This is part of our growth strategy to become the top dealer for every brand we carry. Proximity to Miami was one of the main reasons South Fort Lauderdale was chosen as our Broward county sales center. Our new sales office is located inside Thunderboat Marine at 2051 Griffin Road, immediately west of I-95. It is within 10 Minutes, driving distance, from the highly populated North Miami area and only minutes away from the Intercoastal through Dania Canal. This makes it a perfect location for sea trials and ocean demonstrations. Marine Connection headquarters will remain in West Palm Beach and inventory distribution will be managed from there. Our Miami and Fort Lauderdale customers will also be able to test boats located at our West Palm Beach location in Fort Lauderdale by booking an advance sea trial appointment.

We will be displaying a full line-up of 2013 model-year Cobia, Hurricane and Contender boats and will add a few more lines in the 2014 model-year as early as August of this year. Our customers will have the opportunity to see these popular brands in one place and will be able to test them within a moments notice. The Hurricane 2400 Deck Boat, Cobia 296 Center Console and the Contender 25 Bay, were all top-sellers this year and our goal is to stock them at all times.

The marina environment is a fantastic place to make a boat purchase. Our factory-trained sales crew will be able to give you an in-depth orientation and a model walk-through on the water. Our docks will also be available for our customers to bring in their boats by water for maintenance and service. Our customers will have the option to keep their boats in Thunderboat’s enclosed building while at the same time, get their maintenance and services done by Marine Connection.
